Portal account activation

Send an email to support@realgroup.freshdesk.com with the subject ‘Account activation request’.


You will then receive an email containing a link to activate your account; click the link.


Set a password, then click ‘ACTIVATE AND LOG IN’.


Your account will be activated and you will be logged into the support portal.
