Monitoring a ticket's progress

Click Check Ticket Status.



You will be presented with a list of your tickets. Click the desired ticket.



When viewing the ticket, you can view multiple details such as:

  • The agent working on your ticket.
  • The status of the ticket.
  • The conversation history.



If the ticket is no longer an issue, you can Mark ticket as closed.



If you'd like other people added to the ticket conversation, you can also add them.
