Our IT Support team may ask you what Operating System and Browser you are using, in order to replicate a fault you may be experiencing and provide the solution. To do this, go to https://realtraining.co.uk/help.
Copy the four lines below the Browser Details heading, as shown in the picture above, and send them in an email reply to our technical support team, if these details are requested.
