NPQ - Inserting Powerpoint slides as an appendix to the submission form

If you would like to include Powerpoint slides as an appendix to the submission form, the simplest option is to export the slides as images and then insert those images into the Word document.

File

Export > Change File Type > PNG > Save As

Choose the export location and click Save

All Slides

OK

Open the Word document

Insert > Pictures > This Device

Select all the images of the slides and click Insert

Resize the images to fit the two page limit
