Viewing your submissions


On file submission activities that require you to upload a document or .zip file, click the blue Click here to view your submissions > link. You will then see your linked submission, as shown below.



A full list of the files you have submitted, including videos, can be found in the My submissions folder in the course library.



Replacing a submission


If you have uploaded a submission to the wrong activity, submitted the wrong file, or you’ve spotted something wrong with the assignment you’ve submitted and would like a upload a replacement, you can do so by following the steps below:


  1. Click the Request file deletion link below your file submission.
  2. Click OK when the Are you sure you want to request that this file will be deleted? dialog appears.
  3. You will see a The file deletion request has been successfully submitted message in a yellow box below the submission, and will receive a confirmation email.
  4. If you have mistakenly asked for the file to be deleted, click the Cancel file deletion request link below the file.
  5. If they are happy to remove your submission, your tutor will delete your file. You will then receive an email confirming the deletion.


Assignment feedback and marking sheets

Your tutor will provide feedback on your assignments in at least one of three ways:

  • A message sent from the messaging system
  • A comment on the submitted file
  • A marking sheet


Tutor feedback messages


Feedback on assignments sent as a message through the messaging system can be viewed like any other message received in the messaging system (see Learning Experience 2.3.3 for details).


File comments


If your tutor has provided feedback via a comment on the submitted file, it will be added to Campus Buzz under the My Buzz tab.



Marking sheet


When your tutor has completed a marking sheet for your assignment, you will receive a message similar to that shown below.


When you visit the course library, click on the blue Marking link below the file and a grey box will appear below it, as shown in the picture below.



Click on the grey box to view the marking sheet.
