3.4.1 Self-Assessment Questionnaires
Some activities contain a questionnaire, which is used either as a tool to help you appraise your current level of understanding of the course’s key learning objectives, or as a more formal assessment of your knowledge. Questionnaire activities end with a Click here to launch the self-assessment questionnaire > link. Click the link to begin the questionnaire.
Self-Assessment Questionnaires

Each tab on self-assessment questionnaires contains a number of coloured sliders. To select a colour, click on the slider below that colour.

The summary tab shown above provides a summary of the responses. Clicking the Click here to save your scores button and confirming that you’d like to do so will save a report, which is shown on the Reports tab.
Formal Assessment Questionnaires

The image above shows a formal assessment questionnaire. These are usually made up of a mixture of tickboxes, drop-down menus or selection buttons.
